Once you choose to avail any service plan or offer announced by JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED and agree to purchase that plan or offer by making the due payment, such payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please note that purchasing JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED’s plan is an irreversible process under the applicable law.

After receiving your payment for the aforementioned plan, JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED will create your User ID in its system only after successful KYC verification. If you are unable to complete the KYC process successfully, JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED will not be able to create your User ID. Therefore, to avail JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED services on its portal, you must complete the KYC verification successfully.

Once your User ID is created, if you experience a transaction failure directly attributable to JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED, and JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED has received corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway, the amount will be automatically refunded to your bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of the transaction. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that only the actual transaction amount will be refunded, excluding payment gateway charges and all applicable taxes.

However, if you receive a successful completion confirmation but do not receive the services, you are required to submit a complaint by sending an email to the customer care email ID provided on the website. JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED will investigate the matter upon receiving your complaint, and based on the inquiry, JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED may refund the payment. In all cases, JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED’s liability will be limited to providing you with a valid refund to the extent of the corresponding payment received by JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED concerning a particular transaction. JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED will not be responsible for any other claims or consequential liabilities arising from failed services on its system.

You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number for which you purchase the prepaid recharge and all charges resulting from those purchases. You are also responsible for the information related to data card and toll-tag recharge and all charges resulting from those purchases. JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any purchase of prepaid recharge for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number, or incorrect toll or data card information.

By availing of JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED’s services, you accept that this refund policy is subject to all the terms and conditions stated in the Agreement between you and JEENTECH INFORMATION PRIVATE LIMITED.
